The Bancroft is a 1920s vintage building located on 15th and Pine. It is comprised of 27 units, amongst 3 levels, all of which are 1-bedroom. You'll find the interior common area to be quite open and spacious. Its original walls and murals are still intact, along with the vintage fixtures. We offer plenty of storage and state of the art "app-controlled" laundry services.
